Is there a warranty on Turbo Clean products?

Yes! All our brushes come with a warranty to guarantee your satisfaction and product quality.

Can I return an item?

Yes! All items can be returned within 90 days of purchase. The first return per order is free. If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts (not caused by us), the refund may be reduced.

What if my package has no tracking updates?

If there are no tracking updates for 15 days, you can request a free reshipment or refund. In some cases, if it arrives after approval, you may keep it for free.

What if my package isn’t delivered within 30 days?

You can request a free reshipment or refund. Exceptions may apply for large shipments or force majeure events.
